PMSI Office Hours

The lobby hours for PMSI are Monday – Friday from 10:00am – 4:00pm.

PMSI is not a public office offering retail or public services.  We are open for convenience to specific clientele. Clients are not required to visit our office for services. All services rendered (dues payments, paperwork items, etc) can be completed electronically. The reception area is for a means of convenience only, and because we enjoy visiting and helping our clients in person when they prefer it.

For items such as the payment or pick up of Resale Certificates, this can be conducted by “contactless” handling if preferred. Simply call our office ahead of time to make special arrangements.  Dropping off of payment for a resale certificate can be done via the office’s drop box outside the office door. Receipt requests can be made by including your email address. Receipts for cash payments can be arranged by calling our office ahead of time so one can be prepared for you at the time of drop off.

Our employees are offered the option to wear a mask.  Masks are available to employees. Employees have individual offices maintaining well more than 6’ of distance. We have 6’ marker stickers on our lobby’s floor for safe distancing if needed when in our office.   Some employees have health reasons for not wearing masks.

In an effort to help with community safety, we have a large dispenser of hand sanitizer at the top of our stairs for those coming in and leaving our office. There are free mini hand sanitizer bottles offered in the office as well at the reception desk. Each employee has a bottle of hand sanitizer for their desk as well.

We respect everyone’s choices and we thank you for respecting ours.
